What if the supplier does not respond to my written request?

You sent a message to the supplier of the product or service you are interested in, but did not receive a response? In order to establish the cause, follow the following recommendations:

- make sure that your message was sent to the addressee (see "How do I check if my message is sent?");

- check the relevance of the contact data of the supplier (see "How to check the relevance of the contact data of the company?"). If the data is irrelevant, select another provider;

- if you were convinced that the message was delivered to the addressee and the contact details of the company are relevant, use alternative means of communication with the supplier: telephone numbers, Email, Skype, ICQ, etc.
