Archive is presented in the form of two folder in the personal cabinet on the tab Orders:
Archive (useful). In this folder there are applications from customers which, in your opinion, are useful to the company.
Archive (not useful). In this folder there are those orders that are not useful to you. This may be an application for a product that you do not sell, or an order on terms that are not beneficial to you.
The selection of the archive folder occurs during the processing of the order. After you have read the order, you have been given a response to the buyer, the system will prompt you to choose whether this orfer was useful to you.
