What is the "Customers" section?

On your website, created on the AllBiz platform there is a section "For customers". Here you can put information that will be interesting to your potential buyers. It can be information about the conditions and methods of order (minimum batch, terms of payment, etc.), delivery conditions (self-delivery, railway or car delivery, etc.) and so on.

Please note: by filling out the "For customers" section, try to provide a maximum of questions that your potential buyers can ask. For example, you can arrange this section as answers to frequently asked questions. The more exciting questions you ask the potential buyer, the more targeted and high-quality client you will get.

In order to add information to the buyers, select the section "Enterprise" in your personal account MY AllBiz and then the "For customers" tab. Click the "Edit" button and enter the text in the opened form.

In order to attach a companion image, in the "Photo" field, click the "Select a file" button and in the opened window select the image file pre-loaded on your computer.

The recommended size of images is up to 12 Mb.

You can add up to 10 images.

Save your entries. After checking by the moderator, the information you add will be broadcast on your site. The successful passing of the test is indicated by the change of the yellow marker with the text "Is waiting for moderation" to green - with the text "Is displayed".

Please note: completing the "For customers" section will also allow your offer to receive an additional priority in the directory Allbiz before similar companies operating in the same industry and under the same registration package as you.
