How can I find out information about the order?

Find out the status of your order by clicking on the menu item "My Orders" in your profile.

You can cancel the order in your account in the "My orders" tab before the status changes to "Accepted". In this case, it will mean that the company accepted the order and you will need to contact the company representatives directly for cancellation.
