How to create an additional user profile for working in AllBiz?


If you want your confidant also have access to the company's office on the resources of the AllBiz, create a personal profile for this person with individual access settings.

For doing this, in the profile of your company MyAllBiz in the left side menu select the "Enterprise" section, the "List of user" item and click the "Add" button. 

Fill in the form. Be sure to specify which sections the user you add can edit. Save the changes. 

A message will be sent to the specified email address to confirm the registration. It will containing the login and password to the company's office on the basis of AllBiz. After confirming registration, access to the system for the new user will be activated.
