Message management

To view messages from customers in the company's account MY Allbiz, go to the section «Orders and Messages» and select «Messages».

Unread messages are displayed first and sorted by date.

Upon receipt of a new message, the seller is sent a notification by e-mail.

On the page of one message, you can see the contacts of the buyer and immediately reply to him through the built-in form.

We recommend always to correspond with the buyer through Allbiz to ensure maximum security!
