 How to receive requests to the Leads PLUS system?

There are several ways to place orders:

- through the catalog or the company's website on Allbiz

When the customer submits the order in the Allbiz catalog, the option "Receive the offers from other companies" is activated by default in the order form. If the potential buyer leaves this option active, his request will automatically be sent to the company from whom he wishes to place an order; and after moderation - will also be placed in the Leads PLUS system.

This is done so that the customer can find the necessary product or service even when the supplier, whom he found in the catalog, did not contact him in time.

Important! Leads addressed to companies that are posted on the resource on a paid registration do not fall into the Leads PLUS system.

  - Through the form “Create new lead”

The customer can also create a lead directly on the site, specifying both the main and additional parameters: full name, material, dimensions, standards compliance, packaging, packaging, etc.

After creating of lead, it will be sent for moderation. Allbiz specialists will check the relevance of your contact information, the content of the application, and then will place it in the appropriate section in system “Leads PLUS”.

How to search for leads in the Leads PLUS system?

There are two ways to search for leads for your products.

1. On the leads PLUS page

- using a filter for markets, categories, and countries

All leads in the system PLUS applications are sorted by countries and markets, as well as by consumption objects: a product or service.

Select the country of interest from the drop-down list on the left. The number of available leads is indicated in parentheses near each country.

Then you can choose the market of products within the country, or without binding to the country. Each market is divided into categories.

- search by keyword

In the search field, enter the keyword of the request that interests you. For example, if you are looking for orders for the wholesale purchase of sunflower oil, enter in the search: "sunflower oil".

 

 

This is done so that you can easily view current applications and track the flow of new applications.

- in the section Leads PLUS

In your Personal Cabinet on the left is the Leads PLUS section. Here you can filter requests for consumption objects (goods or services), markets, categories, time periods and countries.

Important! By default, when you search for orders, the "Recommended Requests" option is activated. Search using this option will select applications only from the categories where your products or services are located.

If you want to view orders from all categories, even in which your items are not placed, the option "Recommended bids" must be deactivated.

This is done so that you can easily view current applications and track the flow of new applications.

- in the section Leads PLUS

In your Personal Cabinet on the left is the PLUS Application section. Here you can filter requests for consumption objects (goods or services), markets, categories, time periods and countries.

Important! By default, when you search for orders, the "Recommended leads" option is activated. Search using this option will select applications only from the categories where your products or services are located.

If you want to view orders from all categories, even in which your items are not placed, the option "Recommended leads" must be deactivated.

How to work with leads?

After you have found the desired lead, read its description. You can see the text of the lead, the name, date, and country of the sender.

If you are interested in the lead, you can open contact information for a potential customer.

Important! On the right in the leads field is indicated the number of its views by other companies. If the contact details of the application have never been opened, you will see the field "Contact details of the leads have not yet been revealed by other companies".

How to open the contact information of the buyer?

Only those companies that are placed on one of the premium packages on All.biz can use Leads PLUS. Within each of the premium packages, a certain number of openings of PLUS Applications have been laid throughout the package:

By choosing one of the Allbiz paid packages, you will be able to open up to 150 Leads PLUS a year, as well as a set of promotion tools that will allow you to receive up to 40 times more orders than free registration.

 If all the openings of Leads PLUS were early used, you can buy them separately.

 Payment is carried out through your Personal Account:

- online - through available online payment systems;

- By clearing settlement - you can generate an account in your account, or ask your personal manager about it;

- through the electronic wallet on Allbiz, if it has enough funds.

How can I find out how many openings of PLUS Contacts have remained with my company?

In order to find out how many contact details of applications there are in your account:

- open any application. On the right in the application form will be indicated "On your balance of XX opening".
